Open Paid Time Off
Work is important, but so is balance. That’s why under Open PTO, employees can request an open-ended amount of time off throughout the year. We’ve heard that at some companies, this policy has led to people taking fewer days off than they should, but that’s not the case at Better Together.

Everyone is paid for at least 10 agency-observed holidays each year.
