Catharine is the Founder and CEO of Better Together, a communications agency driving positive change for purpose-driven organizations through creative strategies, messaging, and branding. Her vision is to build a more just, sustainable world centered on human rights, education, and healthcare. Catharine holds degrees in Public Relations, Marketing, and an MBA, and completed the Vital Voices Visionaries Program.

Arleevia Lyles, from Las Vegas, is an Assistant Account Executive at Better Together. She graduated from Oakwood University with a BA in Communications: PR and a minor in Political Science. She secured national coverage for the Sandy Hook lawsuit against Alex Jones as a crisis communications intern. Before Better Together, she managed tech clients at a boutique agency. Arleevia’s skills in writing, storytelling, and social media make her an asset to our team.

Ashley McDonald is an Account Manager at Better Together, focusing on health equity. She has worked in both agency and nonprofit settings, managing projects in PR strategy, digital marketing, recruitment, content creation, social media, and website development. Ashley holds a BA in Public Relations from Boston University and is passionate about changing public opinion with the written word.

With a background in agency and nonprofit settings, she excels in PR strategy, digital marketing and content creation. She holds a degree in communications, bringing experience in managing diverse projects and clients. Her passion lies in amplifying Black voices and changing public opinion through storytelling and media engagement.

Senior Consultant

Chelsea Ritchie is a Vice President of Better Together, focusing on inclusive technology and Black media engagement. She specializes in digital marketing and brand strategies, working with celebrities, politicians, and Fortune 100 companies. She was a digital communications consultant and led strategy for the International Copper Association. Chelsea holds a BA from American University and MA from George Washington University. She enjoys photography, film, and yoga.

Ejita Holmes is the Vice President at Better Together, focusing on voting rights, employment for people with disabilities, ending poverty, and health equity. She excels in marketing and project management, leading dynamic teams to success. Previously, she mastered effective messaging at IRI Consultants and oversaw events at Story Partners. Ejita holds a BS in Marketing from Delaware State University and an MS in Project Management from Keller Graduate School.

Errin Baylis is an Account Executive at Better Together, specializing in inclusive technology and Black media engagement. Based in Columbia, SC, she graduated from Converse College with degrees in Politics and Theatre and a minor in Marketing. With a background in nonprofit development, Errin supports Better Together's mission through public affairs. She is committed to women's rights, social justice, and development, making her a valuable asset to the team.

Lucia is an Executive Assistant at Better Together, supporting the Founder and CEO with administrative tasks. With 15 years of customer service experience, she excels in HR, managing databases, handling new hires, resignations, and payroll data. As an MRO Buyer, Lucia places purchase requests, ensures timely deliveries, and resolves discrepancies. She also has experience as a Customer Service Representative, excelling in team collaboration and conflict resolution.

Renyata Finney is a Senior Account Executive at Better Together, with over seven years of experience in go-to-market strategies for nonprofits, corporations, and small businesses. She excels in brand strategy, business development, product marketing, and strategic communications. Fluent in English and French, Renyata is dedicated to community organizing and social justice, making her a key asset to Better Together.
